three steps to stay in your company

why a talented person frequently quits ?

皆さんの周りで、「こいつは優秀で、キャラが立ってるなぁ」と思える人材ほど、会社を辞めていく傾向はありませんか？これ1年半ほど前にも書いたテーマですが、最近また同じことを感じるので書いてみます。
・時間と場所に縛られたくないと考えるから辞める
・会社に勤めると「言えないこと」が増えるが、それに耐えられないから辞める
・会社のビジョンに共感できない、仕事の意義を実感できないから辞める

reverse the above explanation; if you love your own sheet in the company, if you do not have anything to say, if you do not have any vision that conflicts with that of the company, then you can stay in your company forever!!
